UCP of NYC Family Connect Summit

UCP of NYC is hosting the Family Connect Summit: Addressing Today and Preparing for the Future. The day-long summit will focus on proposed industry-wide changes to services for individuals with disabilities and acquiring the resources and knowledge to navigate them. The summit will take place at the New York Academy of Medicine (1216 Fifth Avenue at 103rd Street) from 8:30 a.m.—3:45 p.m. and is free of charge to families and persons with a disability. (There is a $35 fee for professionals.)
The keynote session will include Edward R. Matthews, CEO of UCP of NYC and other industry thought leaders who will discuss changes to services available and what to expect in the future. Additionally, the summit will feature a variety of workshops highlighting service models, financial planning, behavioral health, technology, advocacy, and collaboration among other important topics. Lunch will be provided.
