Our rental Braunability vans can help you conveniently manage life’s daily tasks with greater ease — like getting to doctor’s appointments, going out for social or religious outings, visiting relatives on holidays, or even heading out on a road trip. No transfers needed. You just wheel in…and go.
Our try-before-you-buy rental program also lets you familiarize yourself with the driving equipment used in adaptive vehicles. You can explore your options before purchasing a wheelchair accessible vehicle to make sure you get exactly what you want.
Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle Rentals in New York
All of our wheelchair-accessible vehicle rentals are late-model Braunability vans 2022 or newer. These reliable conversions provide lowered floors and wheelchair/scooter tie-downs for all of your mobility needs. Our mobility consultants will help you choose the best accessible van rental for your needs. Drop-off and pick-up service is available, as well as 24-hour emergency service.
Wheelchair Van Rental Rates
$140 / Day. 100 miles included. $.25 per mile after 100.
$120 / Day. 100 miles included per day. $.25 per mile after 100.
$99/Day max miles includes 2,000. $.25 per miles after 2,000.
Same Day Special – *Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Only* $90 / Same Day. Pickup at 10:00am and return same day before 3:00 p.m. 100 miles included. $.25 per mile after 100.
Weekend Special $280 / Weekend. Pickup Friday after 2:00 p.m. and return Monday before 10:00 a.m. 200 miles included. $.25 per mile after 200.

Our Accessible Van Rental Policies
- Daily rentals due back 24 hours from pick up.
- Customers must have insurance that extends to rental vehicles.
- All drivers must show a valid driver’s license to drive wheelchair accessible vehicles.
- All renters must sign a rental agreement.
- Renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Deposit on credit card for full rental amount will not be processed until rental is returned or extended.
Special Wheelchair Van Rental Fees
- $.25 per mile after 100 miles per day.
- $9.00 per gallon of gas if the accessible van needs to be filled.
- Delivery charges starting at $125.00 each way.
- Additional fees apply after hours.
- Flight delays incur additional charges.
- Cleaning fees start at $75.00 pending inspection.
- Vehicle damages are the responsibility of the renter.
